Summer Driver's Education

Please use this form to register for the Driver's Education course with Mr. Eric Theis. This course will run Monday, May 22nd through Friday, May 26th, and students will meet in Mr. Merck's classroom. Students will need to be present from 8:00am- 3:00pm each day, with a lunch break scheduled from 11:00-11:30am. (Please bring a lunch.) Behind-the-wheel driving time will be scheduled through the summer via an online sign-up. 

Completion of this course will be awarded 0.25 transcript credit.

The cost of the course is $350, due before class begins on May 22nd. Please make checks payable to Eric Theis.
